I've always wanted to complete the Winter Guard team, since there are only 2 core members that wasn't made by Hasbro in this scale. One being Ursa Major.
Started with this guy since it seems like it will be hard to source for necessary parts, and this is what I was able to assemble.

For the head, I used a bear figure and cut his head off. For the body, I used Rhino and a bootleg hulk for the feet. Every details is then sculpted and hand painted.
