TOY REVIEW: Lady Deadpool

For those who missed out on the SDCC Exclusive Taco Truck Deadpool set, here's you're chance to own Lady Deadpool!

First Impression:

Here's another sought out figure in this wave even though it's just a reissue of the Taco Truck version. I'm glad they released this figure in singles to give collectors a chance to own her since a number of new collectors missed out on the Taco Truck.

Here's the rest of the assortment for 2017 Mavel Legends Series Wave 1

Where did I acquire it?: Kramer Toy Warden
How much?: SRP of Php 750 each
Condition during acquisition: MOC

Packaging:

Accessories:

She comes with a sword that fits nicely on her sheath and can be wielded properly. Also included is Squirrelpool similar to the Taco Truck version.

Sculpt:

+ Nice looking hairsculpt.
+ Decent headsculpt as well.
- Wish they sculpted the straps on her wrist and ankles as well instead of just painting it.

Paint:

+ Blond hair looks better than the Taco Truck version
- Paint is a bit sloppy overall
- Deadpool logo on mine is damaged
- Black paint on her mask is misaligned
- Unpainted shoulder joints

Articulation:
It is the exact same figure as the Lady Deapool from the Taco Truck, meaning it has the modern female MU body. You get tons of articulation with this figure.

Comparison:
MLS Lady Deadpool, XMO Deluxe Deadpool

MLS Lady Deadpool, MU 2-pack Deadpool

MLS Lady Deadpool, MIS Capt. Rogers
MLS Lady Deadpool, MU Taco Truck Deadpool
Some notable differences between the 2 versions
- MLS version seem to have a lighter shade of red
- MLS version has a yellowish blond hair
-MLS version has a bigger eye due to the paint application

MLS Squirrelpool, MU Taco Truck Squirrelpool
Same goes with these. It seems like the MLS figures are the exact same figures from the Taco Truck except the paint application and quality is inferior.

Overall Grade

The figure is great overall since it's originally from the MU line. If you haven't gotten a Taco Truck set, then this is surely a must buy. It's the exact same figure with a slightly lesser quality in terms of the paint application. But other than that it's a solid piece. You even get a Squirelpool to add to your collection of Pools!

Accessories - 4
Sculpt - 4/5
Paint - 3.5/5
Articulation - 5/5
