The 3rd character in my 2018 series, Dr. Nemesis!
A collector friend gave me the head for a Dr. Nemesis custom figure. All assembled with the mask, head, and hat. I had it for years, and it's only now that I found the time to make his body.
The head is assembled using an altered GIJoe Dusty figure, and also a hat which seems to come from Indiana Jones. Body is from Chameleon, with sculpted collar and tie. Also used the hands of Deadpool for the gloves. Handpainted the figure overall.
